• The Neck Cover is easily detachable with easy touch tape loop fastenings for attaching to the rug.
• The multi-adjustable chest allows for maximum fit whether broad or narrow shouldered.
• The buckle strap is fully lined with soft fleece for comfort and to help prevent rubbing.
